Randy Orton confirms online report about his future with WWE
Earlier this week, Fightful.com reported that Randy Orton agreed to a new five-year contract that would have him under a deal until late 2029. While speaking to marca.com, Orton was asked about a potential match against Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Universal title and he responded with the following comments…
“I know you refer to Cody and his title and maybe I’d like to go further, but I don’t think I should be in a hurry, I’m going to keep doing this for a lot longer. I just signed a five-year contract extension and I don’t have to rush. I have all the time in the world as far as I’m concerned. I feel great. I feel healthy.”
Orton will challenge Gunther for the world heavyweight title at the 2024 WWE Bash in Berlin PLE.
