Nic Nemeth (formerly Dolph Ziggler) wins the TNA world title at Slammiversary PPV event

The main event of the 2024 Slammiversary PPV event was a six-man elimination match for the world title. Moose defended his title against Nic Nemeth fka Dolph Ziggler, Josh Alexander, Steve Maclin, Frankie Kazarian, and Joe Hendry.

Nemeth and Kazarian were the final two participants after Alexander pinned Hendry and Nemeth pinned Alexander. Nemeth then pinned Kazarian to win the title.
