News regarding the statuses of Will Ospreay and Samoa Joe following injury angles at AEW All In: Texas

As seen during the AEW All In: Texas PPV event, there was an injury angle involving Will Ospreay. Gabe Kidd delivered a piledriver to Ospreay on the floor. After that, Claudio stomped on a chair that was wrapped around Ospreay’s neck.

Ospreay did not appear on the July 16th edition of Dynamite. According to Fightful.com, Will Ospreay has been working banged up and is expected to take some time off from television. Those spoken to believe that Ospreay will be gone for at least a month but an exact time table isn’t known.

A similar angle was done with Samoa Joe earlier in the broadcast. Fightful noted that Joe is scheduled to take a brief hiatus from AEW to fulfill promotional responsibilities for the upcoming new season of his show Twisted Metal. Joe is expected to miss a few weeks of television.
