News regarding the Blood and Guts match on May 5th 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite

The current belief is that the Blood and Guts steel cage match scheduled for the May 5th 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite will be the only live match on the show. Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following…

“By the way, did you know the Blood and Guts is going to be like this super long match? I think it’s a one match show, like that’s going to be the only match. There might be some taped stuff, but I was told it will be one live match and there might be some taped matches thrown in, a bunch of features and everything, but they’re building the whole show around the one match. A graphic to promote next’s week’s “parley” segment between the Inner Circle and the Pinnacle showed two rings and a roof on top of the cage in similar fashion to War Games.
