News regarding Dominik Mysterio’s contractual status with WWE

It was recently stated by wrestling veteran Chavo Guerrero that Dominik Mysterio is “far beyond where he should be” in wrestling and it appears WWE feels the same way. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com confirmed with multiple sources that Dominik signed a new contract with WWE and Johnson noted the following…

“The signing actually took place a month or so back. It is believed by one source to be a five year contract. The second source confirmed Mysterio signed a new deal but was unsure of the length.”

Dominik is set to wrestle against CM Punk at live events in New York City and Los Angeles. While doing MMA commentary, Punk stated that he has been “wanting to punch this kid since he was eight years old.”
