News regarding Brock Lesnar’s status in the WWE 2K24 video game

It’s believed that Brock Lesnar did not appear in the 2024 men’s WWE Royal Rumble match because of his name being associated with the Vince McMahon sex trafficking lawsuit and WWE has reportedly canceled plans to use him moving forward. In regards to Lesnar’s status in the WWE 2K24 video game, Mike Straw of insider-gaming.com noted the following…

“Multiple sources have told Insider Gaming that while it was too late to fully remove Lesnar from the game, the plan shifted to simply make him unplayable for players upon release. Despite being unplayable, his character and game files are still within WWE 2K24. That means that there will be ways for those with the ability to get him to become playable, it’ll just take some work to make it happen.”

According to people within 2K Games, Lesnar’s name is not included in the official roster list.
