News from the 2024 WWE Elimination Chamber press event in Perth, Australia

During the 2024 WWE Elimination Chamber press event in Perth, Australia, a fifth match was announced for Saturday’s show. It was confirmed that the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) will defend the women’s tag team titles against Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae during the Chamber Kickoff. The main card begins at 5AM Eastern time and 2AM Pacific time.

Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Grayson Waller, Rhea Ripley, Logan Paul, and world heavyweight champion Seth Rollins were among those that spoke at the press event. Rollins took a shot at Undisputed Universal champion Roman Reigns by letting the fans know that “he’s not showing up – that’s kind of his MO.” Logan got into a brawl with Kevin Owens and Randy Orton helped separate them. After Rhea threw her Prime energy drink at Nia Jax, her and Waller drank from shoes to close out the press event.

Michael Cole said the following in regards to the Chamber structure’s journey to Perth…

“”A structure which took over a month to get here. Originally it was supposed to ship through the Suez Canal, but pirates ended those plans. So it was sent to Miami, transported via truck to Los Angeles, taken by ship to Sydney, and then by train to Perth.”
