New North American champion crowned on the October 8th 2024 edition of WWE NXT

As seen during the October 8th 2024 edition of WWE NXT, Oba Femi defended the North American title against Tony D’Angelo. After a back and forth match, D’Angelo pinned Femi to capture the title.

Femi had been champion since January 9th, 2024. This is D’Angelo’s first reign as champion.
