MJF seemingly turns babyface during the October 26th 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite

During the October 26th 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite, MJF cut a promo and said that he wasn’t going to use the Dynamite Diamond ring when he challenges Jon Moxley for the AEW world title at Full Gear. Furthermore, MJF said that if The Firm attacked Moxley at any point, Stokely Hathaway would be fired.

After Moxley retained his title in the main event, The Firm attacked him. MJF appeared on the stage and was conflicted about what to do but ultimately made the save for Moxley. MJF fired Hathaway but was then attacked by The Firm. W. Morrissey ended up chokeslamming MJF through the timekeeper’s table.
