While speaking on his podcast, TNA Wrestling star Matt Hardy made the following prediction about the brand’s future in 2026…
“TNA will push for the perception of being the number two wrestling company in 2026. And I worded that very specifically.
I just think that with this new deal—and we’ll see how often they end up going live going forward—but I think this new TNA TV deal with AMC is going to totally help TNA ascend to the next level.
his deal is going to help TNA get back to the level of being a major promotion. Obviously, monetarily, they’re not going to be doing the same kind of media rights deal as AEW, but it is going to look and feel like a big-time promotion.
As time ticks away, I think it’s going to look bigger and bigger, and we’re going to be back in the game. Usually you just hear WWE and AEW. I think TNA is going to be back in that conversation after this year—after six months or so.”
