Keith Lee issues statement to wrestling fans after being out of action for almost a year

As previously noted, AEW star Keith Lee publicly stated that he has been working through an injury since 2022 and things have gotten worse. Lee ended up being pulled from the 2023 Worlds End PPV event.

Lee has not wrestled since the end of 2023 and it was reported by Fightful.com on October 6th 2024 that Lee was still not cleared from his undisclosed medical issue. In a post via Twitter/X on October 20th, Lee issued a statement to fans…

“I certainly don’t see them all, but I have seen many. I must take the time to say thank you. And I must take the time to tell you…. we are not done. Hang in there, just like I am. Whatever it is…. the time will come. Let’s move forward. Oh. And don’t forget to go vote.”
