Karrion Kross addresses Aleister Black and Zelina Vega being compared to himself and Scarlett
While speaking on Konnan’s podcast, Karrion Kross addressed WWE SmackDown stars Aleister Black and Zelina Vega being compared to himself and Scarlett…
“I try to keep it classy. I try not to jump into divisive subjects. Like, to me, this is all I could say: I can’t tell people how to feel about what they’re seeing and what they want to say.
And actually, if you’re not tone-deaf and you’re paying attention to everybody in the world, people are tired of being told how to feel about what they see and hear. So, I don’t want to be that guy to tell people how they should feel and see about what they’re watching. I’m sick of it. And I stopped watching a lot of opinion-piece shows ‘cause I have a brain. I can think and see. You know, I don’t need to be told what to think and see about stuff. So I won’t do that, ‘cause I’d be a hypocrite.
But this is what I will say: Scarlett and I are very flattered that we’re still a subject of conversation among people online and fans in wrestling, because let’s face it, we’re not on the biggest show on the planet. So when this stuff comes up, we’re flattered, bro—like, we’re flattered to still be in the conversations. And you never really know if that’s the performers doing that or if that’s something they’re being asked to do. So I can’t throw shade, you know what I mean?”
