Hulk Hogan’s son Nick files lawsuit against radio host Bubba the Love Sponge
TMZ.com is reporting that Nick Hogan, representing his father Hulk Hogan’s estate, has filed a federal lawsuit against radio host Bubba the Love Sponge. The suit claims Bubba’s upcoming documentary, Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal, infringes on Hulk’s copyrights and trademarks.
Nick alleges the film uses unauthorized images from the sex tape, including clips shown in a trailer, and promotes itself with Hulk’s trademarks without permission. He also argues the release would violate a 2012 settlement between Hulk and Bubba.
The lawsuit seeks to block the documentary’s release and requests unspecified damages.
