How many tickets have reportedly been sold for WWE Wrestlemania 39 so far
Tickets for WWE Wrestlemania 39 in Southern California went on sale last week and during the August 12th 2022 edition of Smackdown, Michael Cole announced that the company had the best first-day ticket sales in the history of Wrestlemania. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, sources in WWE said that the company is “ecstatic” about the early ticket sales.
On Monday evening, Twitter account @WrestleVotes provided some numbers. Night one has 48,782 tickets distributed while night two has 49,443 tickets distributed. While no matches have been announced so far, the following names have been featured in promotional material: Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Ronda Rousey, and Bobby Lashley.
WWE stated the following in a press release…
“Over 90,000 tickets were sold within the first 24 hours – more than any event in WWE history and a 42% increase over first-day sales for Wrestlemania 38 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas.”
