Giulia defeats Roxanne Perez to capture the WWE NXT women’s title at New Year’s Evil 2025

As seen during the January 7th 2025 “New Year’s Evil” edition of WWE NXT, Roxanne Perez defended her women’s title against Giulia. After a back and forth match, Giulia pinned Roxanne with a Northern Lights Bomb to win her first championship in WWE.

There has been speculation about Roxanne heading to the WWE main roster in 2025. In September of 2024, Booker T commented on how Roxanne had “a hall of fame career already.”
