Former WWE owner Vince McMahon gets good news in his 2025 reckless driving case

In July of 2025, former WWE owner Vince McMahon was in a “bad car accident” but there were no injuries. Barbara Dolan, founder and CEO of BD8 Capital Partners, was involved in the incident and stated that she was lucky to have survived a horrific car crash.”

Vince appeared in court today and according to TMZ.com, he was granted entry into a pretrial rehabilitation program for his reckless driving case. If he avoids legal trouble, donates $1,000 to charity, and follows traffic laws, the charges will be dismissed in October 2026.

Vince’s attorney Mark Sherman issued a statement to TMZ….

“It was good news. Not every car accident is a crime and the judge agreed he deserved this dismissal and we’re grateful for that.”
