In December of 2022, former AEW and Impact Wrestling star Kylie Rae recently received a WWE tryout match but the company didn’t sign her. During an appearance on the Going Broadway podcast in early 2023, Kylie commented on the situation…

“I got the, ‘not right now’ deal, which is okay. If it’s meant to be, it’ll happen. If it’s meant to be, it would have happened.”

Almost two years later, Kylie has another opportunity. At Thursday night’s Freelance Wrestling event, Kylie was announced as the latest wrestler to join the WWE indie wrestling development program. In a post via Twitter/X, Kylie wrote the following…

“I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life. But sometimes life gives us another chance.🥺 Thank you @WWEID, feeling blessed😭❤️.”

WWE’s Gabe Sapolsky called Kylie the “best worker on the indies“ in a post via Twitter/X.
