Early word regarding the rumored location of WWE Wrestlemania 42

Twitter/X account @WrestleVotes was told that “the city of New Orleans is in communication with WWE about hosting a press event, which is said to include a significant announcement in the near future.” There were rumors this past week about WWE hosting a press event during Super Bowl weekend in New Orleans.

According to PWInsider.com, New Orleans is believed to be the frontrunner to host Wrestlemania 42 in 2026. It was noted that sources within WWE have been circulating this rumor for the past month it’s now gaining local traction in Louisiana.
