Drew McIntyre pulled from the 2024 WWE King of the Ring tournament

Prior to the May 6th 2024 edition of WWE RAW, general manager Adam Pearce announced that Drew McIntyre has been medically disqualified to wrestle on the show. McIntyre had been scheduled for a match again Finn Balor in the 2024 King of the Ring tournament. As a result of the situation, McIntyre has been pulled from the tournament.

Last week, it was reported that McIntyre was still recovering from a hyperextended elbow following a WWE tour in the United Kingdom.
