Demolition officially announced for the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame

Demolition will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2026. The news was delivered to the team during a video call from The Undertaker. The induction will formally honor the careers of Bill “Ax” Eadie and Barry “Smash” Darsow.

Competing in WWE from 1987 to 1991, Demolition held the WWE Tag Team Championship three times and recorded a 478-day reign with the titles. The team was managed at various points by Mr. Fuji and later added Crush to form a three-man version of the group. They were active during the late 1980s tag team division and feuded with teams including the Hart Foundation, the British Bulldogs, and the Rockers before disbanding in 1991.
