CM Punk’s role for WWE Wrestlemania 40 confirmed during 3/25/24 RAW in Chicago

As seen during the March 25th 2024 edition of WWE RAW, CM Punk cut a promo about potential roles for Wrestlemania 40. Both Drew McIntyre and world heavyweight champion Seth Rollins interrupted the segment and there was a verbal confrontation between the three.

While a referee role was teased, Punk ultimately agreed to do guest commentary for Rollins’ match with McIntyre at Wrestlemania since he can’t be “objectively fair with these two dipsh*ts.” Punk said he’ll do something they couldn’t do on their own and that is make both of them interesting.

The segment ended with Rollins laying out McIntyre with a curb stomp.
