CM Punk thinks the women’s War Games match should be the main event of Survivor Series 2025
During an interview with Kay Adams, CM Punk said the following about the two War Games matches at WWE Survivor Series 2025…
“I’m a little biased — my wife is obviously in that match, and I’m excited to watch it. I think the women should be the main event, selfishly. I do think us guys will probably main event, though. There are two titles involved — they’re not on the line, but the star power is off the charts. But I also think the star power is off the charts for the women.
AJ Lee coming back to wrestling and being in a cage match is a big deal. She gets to punch Becky Lynch in the face, and I can only imagine how good that’s going to feel. But look at that lineup: Iyo Sky, Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss… just a huge all-star, blue-chip babyface dream team. I can’t wait to see all of them.
It’s almost like The Breakfast Club, you know? They have their Bender, they have their Princess, they have their Nerd, they have their Jock, and they have their crazy goth — Rhea Ripley. There’s just something about that team. And of course, The Breakfast Club was shot in the beautiful city of Chicago.”
