Brock Lesnar on his WWE return: “I went back to work so I could feed my kids – I’m back for a short time”

While appearing on the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast, WWE star Brock Lesnar stated the following in regards to his current run with WWE…

“I’m the old guy now, you know. Sh*t, I went back to work too so I could feed my kids. You guys should see my grocery bill… I had left the company years ago and I’m grateful that I’m back for a short time here. So I’m really grateful for all the opportunities that I’ve had in my life.”

Lesnar also commented on support from his fans…

“When I’m at my kids’ events, I’m just a dad. So I have to draw a line—and I do. I started this years ago: if I’m with my family, absolutely not. I don’t take any pictures, and I’m sorry for that.

I appreciate all the fans who have followed me over the years, but I’m a human being. I’m a dad, I’m a husband, and my kids deserve my full attention when I can give it to them.

People are good. Maybe one out of a million isn’t cool with it, but they understand. And I’m so grateful for the people who follow me.

But yeah, I don’t want to be dehumanized either—you know what I mean? I’m just another guy who had a dream and passion, and that’s it.”
