Bayley possibly injured at WWE live event in Salisbury, MD

At Saturday night’s WWE live event in Salisbury, MD, Bayley was possibly injured during her match. According to fans in attendance, the referee threw up the ‘X’ sign as Bayley was lying in the ring while holding her knee. The match was said to have been stopped and Bayley was assisted to the backstage area.

Twitter user @blisstatements wrote the following…

“My friend (@nickbshop) who is at the live event said Bayley was able to walk out to the back on her own feet but did have refs helping her just for stability and all that, that’s a good sign.”

“UPDATE from my friend who is at the event: Bayley is able to walk on her own and is leaving the arena but is limping, no crutches or anything are with her.”

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, WWE sources have said that this was not a worked spot and is a “legitimate situation.”

Bayley tweeted “I’ll be alright, thanks everyone” after the match.
