* In regards to John Morrison (Johnny Elite)’s debut with AEW, his appearance was seemingly a one-off for the time being. Johnson wrote the following…

“We are told he is not signed to the promotion as of this writing but the door is open for additional appearances down the line after he wrestled Samoa Joe last night.”

* In an update on Bryan Danielson’s leg getting caught between ring and ramp at the end of AEW Rampage, Johnson noted that he was “OK” backstage. There has been no word regarding whether the incident was a work or not.

* It’s believed that Dynamite had timing issues due to the length of the Chris Jericho/Blackpool Combat Club promo segment.
