Alex Windsor says Will Ospreay’s time away from wrestling “has been a struggle for him”

AEW star Will Ospreay has been out of action since the 2025 Forbidden Door PPV event. Ospreay is currently recovering from successful neck surgery.

While speaking to soundspheremag.com, Ospreay’s partner Alex Windsor commented on his time away from wrestling…

“I can’t deny it, it’s been a struggle for him, because I think this is the longest time that he’s been out of wrestling. There’s never a good time or a bad time to have an injury. But on the flip side, with him not being here this time, when he does come back and AEW are back again, probably in the summer, it will make it even more special.”
