AEW star Mike Bennett responds to person that made a derogatory comment about his wife Maria Kanellis

As previously noted, AEW star Mark Briscoe publicly called out the “WWE on FOX” social media account for using The Briscoes’ “DEM BOYZ” term to describe Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits. In addition to Briscoe, former WWE star Maria Kanellis was vocal about the @WWEOnFox post.

After receiving derogatory comments from fans, Maria wrote the following message via Twitter/X…

“I think I’m about done on this particular platform. It’s too crazy. Disagreeing is one thing. Threatening my family, name calling, agism, racism, family planning shaming, religious prejudice, and sexism is all too much. I will keep my Instagram. But it’s about time to move on from the negativity.”

Maria’s husband, AEW star Mike Bennett, also wrote the following…

“Some things are bigger than wrestling. A lot of y’all won’t understand that but the ones who know, know.”

One person tweeted “Lol stfu no body cares about you or your whore” to Bennett and here was his response…

“I hope a lot of you guys find the peace you are searching for. The world can be cruel and unkind but I can promise you jumping on social media and bringing your sadness and anger on here will not lighten up your life.”
