AEW Rampage spoilers for the June 24th 2022 episode

After the June 22nd 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite went off the air, matches were taped for the June 24th 2022 edition of Rampage. Here are the results courtesy of PWInsider.com’s Billy Krotchsen…

* Andrade vs. Rey Fenix opens the episode. Andrade defeated Fenix with a hammerlock DDT after Rush debuting and drilled him with a low blow in the aisle as the referee was distracted by Jose and Alex Abrahantes fighting in the ring. They unmasked Fenix but Penta hit the ring with a shovel.

* Eddie Kingston cut a promo saying everyone is excited for Forbidden Door but he won’t be satisfied until he tastes Chris Jericho’s blood at Blood and Guts. He wants to know how a coward’s blood tastes.

* Serena Deeb & ROH Women’s Champion Mercedes Martinez defeated Sierra & Laynie Luck.

* Hook defeated NJPW Dojo’s The DKC with Redrum.

* The main event is Cash Wheeler vs. Jeff Cobb. Cobb scored the pin with Tour of the Islands. Dax attacked O-Khan after the bout. Will Ospreay attacked but Orange Cassidy and Roppongi Vice made the save and there was a big brawl to end the show. In the middle of this, Eddie Kingston attacked Chris Jericho at the commentary booth and began stabbing at him with something. Caprice Coleman was out with the announcers for the main event.
