AEW Rampage spoilers for April 22nd 2022 episode

After the April 20th 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite went off the air, matches were taped for the April 22nd 2022 edition of Rampage. Here are the results…

* Adam Cole defeated Tomohiro Ishii. Orange Cassidy and Rocky Romero were at ringside with Ishii and Jay White interfered during the match to help Cole. Cole hit a low blow to Ishii and then the boom knee to win. Cole advances into the Owen Hart tournament.

* Lance Archer defeated Serpentico in a short squash match.

* Eddie Kingston defeated Daniel Garcia in what was said to have been a lengthy match. Afterwards, Kingston cut a promo about Chris Jericho.

* There was backstage segment with Jaimie Hayter and Britt Baker confronting Toni Storm. There was another segment with Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland interacting with Will Hobbs and Ricky Starks.

* Jade Cargill successfully defended the TBS Title against Marina Shafir in the main event. Jade secured her 30th win.
