During the September 27th 2025 edition of AEW Collision, a women’s Blood and Guts match was teased in the main event. After Jamie Hayter defeated Julia Hart, Hart, Skye Blue, and Thekla ambushed her in a three-on-one attack. After Queen Aminata made the save, Hayter grabbed a microphone and challenged the “Triangle of Madness” to a Blood and Guts match.
