WWE reportedly planning to produce a main roster PLE against AEW All Out 2025
In July of 2025, WWE produced counter-programming against AEW All In: Texas including NXT Great American Bash, Saturday Night’s Main Event, and Evolution. It appears that WWE will be continuing that trend as the year continues.
According to PostWrestling.com, WWE will be adding a PLE in September on the same day as AEW’s All Out PPV event. The site noted the following…
“POST Wrestling spoke with multiple sources with knowledge of the WWE event schedule, who confirmed that a yet-to-be-announced PLE (premium live event) will take place on Saturday, September 20, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The date coincides with AEW’s All Out pay-per-view scheduled for the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto and represents the first time a WWE main roster PLE will air the same day as an AEW pay-per-view. We’ve yet to confirm the start time of the WWE event.”
In 2024, WWE announced a partnership with the Indiana Sports Corp which included multiple events including the 2025 Royal Rumble and a future WrestleMania in the city of Indianapolis.
