Video: Vince McMahon interview from 1985 about being in the “sports entertainment” business
BBC Archive released video footage from a 1985 interview with Vince McMahon about the WWE/WWF’s national expansion. McMahon, who was interviewed in a pre-Titan Tower office building, talked about how his company was in the “sports entertainment” business. NBC’s Dick Ebersol was also interviewed in defense of the WWE product at the time.
