Oba Femi calls out Roman Reigns after WWE Money in the Bank 2026

As seen during WWE Money in the Bank 2026, Oba Femi defeated Bronson Reed in a singles match. During the post-show, Femi commented on the match…

“Fair play to Bronson, he brought it. It was no secret that he had to do anything within his power to win, and he did. It wasn’t a secret. He didn’t hide behind, oh, ‘I’m the future,’ like Bron Breakker. He didn’t, he wasn’t distracted by any woman like Austin Theory. He brought it. He said he was going to come out there and he was going to do anything to win. He was going to use the chair. He was going to use the brass knuckles. He was going to beat me down mentally, physically, and he did, but it was not enough.”

Femi then turned his attention to World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns. Femi stated, “Tribal Chief, no more running. It’s about that time.”

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com previously reported that WWE’s long-term goal is to build toward Femi vs. Reigns as the biggest match possible, with SummerSlam being considered too soon for the showdown. Femi was originally scheduled to face Reigns at SummerSlam after winning the King of the Ring tournament, but he “forfeited” his title match to face Brock Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell.
