The two had a feeling-out process in the early moments. Each man was able to avoid the other’s big moves. After this, Okada regrouped on the outside. After connecting with a knee strike to Okada on the apron, Ciampa gained the advantage. However, Ciampa had words with Don Callis, which allowed Okada to capitalize.

Okada gave Ciampa a DDT on the floor in front of Ciampa’s family. Okada flipped off Ciampa’s daughter, but she gave him the double bird, allowing Ciampa to take advantage of a distracted Okada.

Back in the ring, Ciampa built up momentum but couldn’t secure the victory. As Callis distracted the referee, Okada tried to use a screwdriver, but Ciampa stopped him. After dodging the Rainmaker, Ciampa connected with the knee strike, but Okada kicked out.

Ciampa went for a Rainmaker, but Okada avoided it. After connecting with the dropkick, Okada hit his Rainmaker to pick up the victory.
