News regarding Seth Rollins’ status with WWE following his loss to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam

Seth Rollins has been kept off WWE television since losing to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2026, although he returned to in-ring action during WWE’s South American tour earlier this month.

WrestleVotes Radio noted that according to a source, Rollins is currently being kept off TV while creative waits for the right time to bring him back. Plans for his return are reportedly already in place, and he is expected to return to television in the near future.

It’s believed that Rollins was scheduled to be part of the Money in the Bank PLE at one point, but it appears that the creative direction may have changed.
