Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Mercedes Mone for the AEW women’s world title took place at AEW AEW All In: London 2026. Here are the highlights…

Willow gained the early advantage, which included a cannonball off the apron to the outside on Mercedes. After swinging Mercedes into the barricade, Willow got Mercedes back in the ring and continued to deliver offense. Mercedes, who was busted open, gained control by sending Willow into the exposed turnbuckle.

The momentum shifted back to Willow when she gave Mercedes a suplex off the apron to the floor. Back in the ring, Willow delivered a missile dropkick off the second rope. Willow followed it up with a Spanish Fly from the second rope, but Mercedes kicked out.

Willow connected with a moonsault, but Mercedes kicked out again. Mercedes was able to avoid the powerbomb, and she sent Willow into the exposed turnbuckle again. Mercedes hit the Mone Maker, but Willow kicked out.

A frustrated Mercedes tried to take off Willow’s hand cast but was yelled at by the referee. Willow pounced on Mercedes, but the referee got knocked down in the process. After pulling off the cast, Mercedes pulled at Willow’s fingers. Mercedes tried to use the women’s title as a weapon but got sent into the steel steps. Willow then hit Mercedes on the back with the title.

Back in the ring, Willow hit the powerbomb. The referee recovered and made the count, but Mercedes managed to kick out. Willow powerbombed Mercedes into the exposed turnbuckle and went for an Avalanche Powerbomb, but Mercedes countered it. After the two countered each other, Mercedes applied the Statement Maker. Willow tried to reach the ropes but couldn’t, and the match was stopped, making Mercedes the new champion.
