CM Punk writes “Please do not follow me to my hotel” in social media post as fan video goes viral
A fan video has gone viral following WWE’s live event in New Mexico on Saturday night. In the clip, WWE Champion CM Punk allegedly ignored a young fan who wanted to meet him at a hotel. A woman in the video stated, “Never meet your heroes,” followed by, “I understand giving them space, but we’re in the same hotel.”
As the video surpassed 500,000 views from one Twitter/X clip alone, Punk wrote (and then deleted) the following message on his Instagram Story…
“Ahi for breakfast, Breakfast of champions. Please do not FOLLOW ME TO MY HOTEL. Las Cruces you were lovely! Loud and fun. See you all soon. Albuquerque on deck. Thank you. SEE YOU AT THE MATCHES.”
