Thekla (c) vs. Hikaru Shida vs. Jamie Hayter vs. Kris Statlander for the AEW women’s title took place at AEW Double or Nothing 2026. Here are the highlights…

Thekla’s three challengers teamed up on her in the early moments before going after each other. After Kris and Jamie tried to out-power each other, Thekla jumped off the top rope but was caught by both of them. Shida then came off the top with a missile dropkick. Everyone ended up on the outside, and Thekla delivered a crossbody to the other three.

Back in the ring, Thekla delivered a spider suplex to Kris, but Shida and Jamie got back into the mix. After Shida connected with a superplex to Jamie, Thekla hit a spear to Kris. All four women traded blows, followed by Kris and Jamie trading shots.

After Jamie cleared the ring, she went for a lariat to Thekla but missed. Jamie powered out of a submission and connected with a lariat, but Shida broke up the pin with a knee strike. After building up momentum, Kris delivered the Sunday Night Fever, but Shida stopped the pin with a kendo stick. After Jamie brought Shida back to the outside, Thekla delivered a stomp to Kris and picked up the victory.
