Andrade El Idolo (with Don Callis) vs. Darby Allin took place at AEW Dynasty 2026. Here are the highlights…

After gaining the early advantage, Andrade took a selfie with a female fan at ringside, but that allowed Darby to hit Andrade with a Coffin Drop into the ringside barricade. After the two fought in the crowd, Darby dropkicked Andrade down the aisle steps.

Back in the ring, Andrade was able to regain control. Andrade went for an avalanche Samoan drop, but Darby countered it mid-air into a crossface as they hit the mat. Andrade escaped to the outside, but Darby continued to deliver offense.

The momentum shifted back to Andrade after he suplexed Darby off the apron onto the floor, leading to a “holy sh*t” chant. After returning to the ring, Andrade took his pants off. Andrade continued his offense, but Darby fought back.

Darby delivered a Coffin Drop, but Andrade was able to stop the referee from making the three count. Andrade came back with a backfist, but Darby kicked out. Darby then countered the DM and pinned Andrade to win the match. After the match, Andrade showed sportsmanship by shaking Darby’s hand.
