Results of FTR vs. The Young Bucks at AEW Revolution 2026 (Adam Copeland and Christian Cage return)

FTR (c) vs. The Young Bucks for the AEW tag team titles took place at AEW Revolution 2026. Here are the highlights…

The Young Bucks were aggressive in the early moments, but FTR gained control by giving Matt a spiked piledriver on the apron. FTR worked over Nick after he was busted open on the outside. Nick was able to fight back, and Dax was also busted open. Matt was eventually able to make the hot tag and build momentum for his team.

Despite Nick bleeding profusely, The Bucks applied dueling sharpshooters, but FTR were able to reach the ropes. The Bucks gave FTR double suplexes from the apron to the outside.

Back in the ring, The Bucks did the Superkick Party to FTR, but then Stokely Hathaway interfered. FTR delivered the Shatter Machine, but Nick kicked out. FTR delivered a spiked piledriver to Nick, but he got his foot on the rope even though the referee counted three. FTR delivered their own superkicks and hit a BTE Trigger on Nick, but he powered out.

Matt prevented another Shatter Machine attempt and then hit one of their own on FTR. The Bucks delivered the BTE Trigger to Dax, but he kicked out. FTR came back with a spiked piledriver to Matt and then hit an avalanche Shatter Machine on Nick to retain the titles.

After the match, the lights went out, and Adam Copeland made an appearance. While FTR were distracted, Christian Cage attacked FTR. Christian delivered a Killswitch to Cash, and Copeland hit Dax with the spear. Christian also gave Stokely the Killswitch. Copeland and Christian held up the AEW titles. After having a staredown with the Bucks, Copeland and Christian left the titles in the ring.
