Tommaso Ciampa wins the TNT title in his AEW debut match

As seen during the January 31st 2026 edition of AEW Collision, Mark Briscoe defended the TNT Championship against Tommaso Ciampa in Ciampa’s first AEW match. In a contest that nearly went to a time-limit draw, Ciampa picked up the victory to become the new champion.

After the match, Ciampa hugged Briscoe. Kyle Fletcher then came out to the stage and applauded Ciampa, but indicated that he was coming for the title.
