Dominik Mysterio wins the Mega championship at WWE-AAA Worlds Collide event

As seen during the WWE-AAA Worlds Collide event on September 12th 2025, El Hijo del Vikingo defended the AAA Mega championship against Dominik Mysterio. El Grande Americano interfered in the match, and after Vikingo attempted to take off Americano’s mask, Dominik took advantage of the situation and hit Vikingo with his loaded mask to win the title.

After the match, a reluctant Rey Mysterio put the championship around Dominik’s waist. Dominik then celebrated his victory with The Judgment Day faction.
