* The presentation was more of a television shoot than a formal press conference. Johnson was told that “the room did not include any invited local media or anyone from the general public.”
* John “Big” Gaburick, WWE’s Saudi Arabia liaison, was instrumental in securing the deal.
* Rumors of WrestleMania 43 being split between Saudi Arabia and Nashville were false.
* Johnson was told that WWE is receiving a “mindblowing” payout for the event. It was noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE asked for a higher number than $100 million but an official figure hasn’t been revealed.
* No official date has been announced yet.
