New TNT champion crowned during the July 31st 2025 edition of AEW Collision
As seen during the July 31st 2025 edition of AEW Collision, Dustin Rhodes defended the TNT title against Kyle Fletcher in a street fight. After escaping a small package pin, Fletcher delivered a running knee and sealed the win with his Protoplex brain buster to become the new champion.
Earlier in the match, Fletcher viciously attacked Rhodes’ right knee, repeatedly stabbing it with a screwdriver and even lodging the tool in the joint. Despite the pain, Rhodes refused to quit.
Post-match, Fletcher continued his assault, wrapping Rhodes’ knee around the ring post and smashing it with a chair.
