Swerve Strickland vs. Ricochet took place at AEW Revolution 2025. Here are the highlights…

* Swerve had a live drummer for his entrance, while Ricochet wore the modified robe of Prince Nana to the ring. There was a “You Are Bald” chant directed at Ricochet.

* Both men went for their signature moves in the early moments. The fight went outside, and a fired-up Swerve ended up shoving Nana to the ground. A frustrated Nana left the ringside area, and Ricochet took advantage of Swerve being distracted.

* Ricochet worked over Swerve, but Swerve was eventually able to build momentum. However, Ricochet regained control with a Poisonrana onto the apron.

* The two fought on the announce table, which led to Swerve giving Ricochet a Vertebreaker onto it. Back in the ring, Swerve delivered the Swerve Stomp, but Ricochet kicked out.

* Ricochet regained the upper hand and hit a 630 Splash, but Swerve kicked out. Nana returned to ringside and grabbed his robe. Ricochet knocked down Nana, took back the robe, and put it on. Ricochet taunted actor Dr. Ken at ringside.

* Ricochet hit Vertigo while wearing the robe, but Swerve kicked out again. Nana grabbed at the robe, and Swerve took down Ricochet with a House Call kick. Swerve hit a second House Call kick, but Ricochet kicked out. Swerve was finally able to secure the win with Big Pressure. Swerve presented the robe to Nana after the match.
