Results of CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre at WWE Bad Blood 2024 PLE

CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre in a Hell in a Cell match took place at the WWE Bad Blood 2024 PLE. Here are the highlights…

* Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi introduced the match before the cell structure lowered. Bill Goldberg was shown at ringside with his family.

* The two exchanged words before they started brawling. McIntyre quickly sent Punk to the outside but Punk was the first to use the cell as a weapon against McIntyre. McIntyre pulled out a toolbox from under the ring and grabbed a wrench but Punk ended up using it on McIntyre. McIntyre pulled the leg off a table but it was Punk who used it to choke McIntyre. Punk then drove McIntyre back first into a table that was laid flat on the mat.

* McIntyre was finally able to get the upper hand with a Claymore to Punk on the floor. McIntyre launched Punk head-first into the cell and Punk was busted open.

* McIntyre continued his offense as he launched the steel steps into Punk’s head. Back in the ring, McIntyre took a wrench and drove it into Punk’s open wound. There was a “this is awesome” chant.

* Punk was able to avoid a claymore but rolling out of the ring and then Punk hit McIntyre in the head with the toolbox which busted open McIntyre. Punk hit McIntyre with the toolbox multiple times and hit the GTS but McIntyre fell out of the ring.

* McIntyre got back in the ring and hit the claymore but Punk kicked out. Punk avoided another claymore and applied a sharpshooter but McIntyre used a wrench on Punk to break the hold.

* The two ended up on the apron and McIntyre was able to superplex Punk through a table on the outside. Both got back in the ring and Punk was able to hit a GTS but McIntyre kicked out.

* McIntyre gave Punk the white noise on the steel steps but Punk kicked out.

McIntyre tried to finish off Punk but Punk countered into an anaconda vice. McIntyre grabbed the wrench but Punk took it and hit McIntyre with it repeatedly. Punk went for a final shot but McIntyre countered with a low blow.

* McIntyre had a black bag and dumped out the beads from Punk’s bracelet onto Punk. McIntyre then went for another claymore but missed and landed on the steel steps.

*Punk wrapped a chain around his knee. Punk shoved beads into McIntyre’s mouth and then hit the chain-assisted GTS to win the match. Punk celebrated but collapsed on the outside as he was heading to the back. Medical officials attended to Punk as a distraught McIntyre got to his feet.
