Kevin Kelly addresses Jim Ross referring to his lawsuit against AEW as “frivolous”

It was previously reported that announcer Kevin Kelly along with wrestlers Brandon & Brendan Tate are suing AEW. During his podcast, AEW announcer Jim Ross referred to the lawsuit as a “frivolous” one.

Via Twitter/X, Kelly addressed the lawsuit…

“Lots of comments on our lawsuit and we will see what happens. I had hoped to settle this fairly and quietly with AEW but they left us no choice. And to my friend JR, this is not ‘frivolous’ in the least. We look forward to what comes next. Thank you all very much.”
