Update on Daniel Garcia’s status with AEW following reports of his contract being set to expire
As seen during the July 3rd 2024 “Beach Break” edition of AEW Dynamite, MJF turned against Daniel Garcia. It was then reported that Garcia’s AEW contract was close to expiring.
In an update on Garcia’s status with AEW, Fightful.com noted that he hadn’t signed a new contract with AEW as of last week. Fightful added that one “top name” in AEW was under the belief that Garcia would be staying with the company.
PW Nexus stated the following about the situation…
“PWN was able to confirm this news and learned that Garcia is ‘conflicted’ about what he wants to do next whether it’s staying with AEW or entertaining the possibility of going to WWE. Something to keep an eye on as we get closer to October when his contract is set to expire.”
