As seen during the 2024 WWE Summerslam PLE, Bron Breakker defeated Sami Zayn to win the Intercontinental title. While speaking to media over the weekend, Breakker commented on who he would like to defend the title against…

“John Cena. He has never won the Intercontinental Championship before. So I say come take it from me. Come take the Championship from me. Grow some balls, come take the Championship from me. Let’s go. Let’s do it.”

“I think the only fitting match that comes to mind for me would be to retire John Cena. He’s going on a farewell tour, from what I know. I don’t know how long he’s going to be around or what his schedule is.
