MJF turns against Daniel Garcia during the 2024 Beach Break edition of AEW Dynamite

As seen during the July 3rd 2024 “Beach Break” edition of AEW Dynamite, Will Ospreay defeated Daniel Garcia to retain the AEW International title. For the finish, MJF wanted Garcia to use the Dynamite Diamond ring but Garcia refused. When Garcia turned around, he was hit with the hidden blade and pinned by Ospreay.

After the match, MJF hugged Garcia and took blame for what happen. However, MJF ended up kicking Garcia low and hitting him with the ring. Garcia was busted open and MJF gave Garcia an avalanche tombstone piledriver. Garcia was taken out of the arena on a stretcher as Dynamite off the air.
